Here it is, the White Heron spin-off I've promised.  It's a prequel, set in the Republic of Korea in the 1980s.  It's something I've wanted to do ever since we introduced White Heron, back in the Colonel Glass arc.

I've busted my ass on this one, this script is over a year in the making.  I'm proud of the job we did on Spinnerette, but I wanted a step change.  Something a level up for us, that really challenged us.

Art is by the incredibly skilled Fernando Furukawa, who has done Issues 7 and 11 of Spinnerette.

We'll be posting sketches for the next two weeks, the comic will start on October 12th.  Hope you enjoy!

EDIT:  I should clarify, we'll still be making Spinnerette!  We'll go back to posting Spinnerette after issue #1 of White Heron.

It's our first ever sale!  We'll ship any order, anywhere in the world, for $15!  We've shipped as far away as Reunion, I had to look it up!

Hey gang, you may have noticed that we've been posting black and white comics first, and colors later.  We're going to take a few days off to build up our buffer again, and get back to posting color pages on time.  We'll be posting a sketch Monday, and will get back to the comic on  Wednesday the 6th.

Hey folks, we've just wrapped up fulfilling all of our Kickstarter orders, which means we're now offering Book 5 and the Mecha Maid statue in the shop!

I'm afraid I won't be at A-kon this year, but you can still get Spinnerette books from White Lightning Productions in the Vendor's Hall!  They'll be at V331-332.

Last chance for the Goat Roast, folks!  It'll be taking place on Saturday the 21st, with artists Rocio and Fernando!  E-mail me to make a reservation.

Hey gang, we're finally doing it!  Fernando Furukawa will be handling art duties, he's the artist behind Issue 7 and Issue 11.

I'm still debating how we'll produce the comic.  I love the webcomic format, but it'd be very cool to see it on comic book shelves as well.  I'm even considering doing it as a Patreon-only comic.  We'll be posting our concept sketches on Patreon first.

Songbird and I will be at Calgary Comic Expo, in the Vendor's hall at D09, and taking a much-needed vacation after.  Spinnerette will return on May 11th.
